Being a Taiwanese American and living in the US, I've always longed for being able to understand Taiwanese culture and food. I want to be immersed in the Taiwanese lifestyle, learn about their history, traditions, and see how Taiwanese food differs from US-Chinese cuisine.I would love to see what Taiwan's night markets are like.
